CNC Machining Services

• 5-Axis CNC Machining: ideal for automotive performance parts, complex structural parts, engine components, housings and high-precision contoured surfaces — fewer setups, higher accuracy and shorter lead times.
• 3/4-Axis CNC Milling: suitable for boxes, brackets, flanges, mounts and multi-feature parts in aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron and copper alloys, covering both low-volume prototypes and volume production.
• High-Precision CNC Turning: focused on shafts, pins, sleeves, flanges and rotary parts, with strict control of roundness, concentricity and surface roughness.

Metal Castings + Secondary Machining

• One-stop casting support: for automotive and industrial parts that need a cast blank, we coordinate gravity casting, low-pressure casting and high-pressure die casting through a mature partner foundry network.
• Clear division of work: cast blanks are produced by long-term partner foundries; Jiecheng Machinery handles project coordination, tooling alignment, incoming casting inspection, subsequent CNC machining, final inspection and finished delivery.
• Customer benefit: no need to manage a foundry and a machine shop separately — we coordinate the entire manufacturing chain for you.

Surface Finishing & Post-Processing

• Through long-term partner supply chains we provide integrated post-processing, so customers avoid managing multiple vendors for one part.
• Available services: anodizing, hard anodizing, electroplating, powder coating, passivation, quenching, tempering, T6 heat treatment and custom finishes.

SERVICE 04

Quality Control & Inspection

• Full-process quality management: a system covering incoming material, in-process and final inspection, referencing IATF 16949 automotive requirements.
• In-house inspection equipment: automatic coordinate measuring machine (CMM), optical projector, height gauge, hardness tester, industrial borescope, bore gauge and surface roughness tester.
• Casting-specific inspection: X-Ray scanning for internal porosity and shrinkage, air-tightness testing and non-destructive testing (NDT), coordinated through partner supply chains.
• Documentation: FAI, PPAP, SPC plus dimensional, material and inspection reports available on request.
